You can delete your account yourself, at any time, from Settings → Privacy Centre → Delete my account. You do not need to contact us first.
Your profile stops appearing to other members straight away. There is then a 90-day waiting period during which nothing is deleted — your profile, photos, messages, identity documents and verification selfie are all kept exactly as they are — and you can sign back in at any time to cancel the deletion. This exists so a deletion made in a difficult moment is not irreversible. After the 90 days the erasure runs and cannot be undone.
A small amount of data outlives the deletion because the law requires it, not because we want it. Payment and invoice records are kept for the statutory accounting period. Safety and moderation records — for example a report someone filed about serious harm — are kept so that deleting an account cannot erase a safety history. These records are minimised: they hold what the obligation needs and not your profile content.
Legacy anonymous analytics created before durable account-owner binding, or by older software, is terminally unresolved: later server-owned evidence does not automatically attach it to your account. Its event bodies are not included in an automated export or account erasure. If persisted evidence indicates that history may relate to your account, the request is marked incomplete for manual review; the history remains subject to the applicable retention or provider-cleanup process.
If you have lost access to your account, email privacy@amarjibon.com from the address or with the phone number on the account and ask us to delete it. We will verify that the account is yours before doing anything — that check protects you from someone else deleting your account — and we will confirm in writing when it is done.
You can also download a copy of your data before deleting, from the same Privacy Centre. See our Privacy Policy for the full detail on what we hold and why.
