No site can promise a perfect room. Here is what we check, what you control, and what happens when you report someone.

You can always see which checks a person has done. The ✓ badge means identity is confirmed.

If something feels wrong
How reporting works.
- Tap report on the profile or the conversation. It takes one tap and the other person is never told it was you.
- A person on our team reads it — every report, not a sample.
- If it holds up, the account goes and the pattern is blocked platform-wide.
- If we got it wrong, the member can appeal and a second person looks again.
What we will never do
- We never ask for dowry, and we remove members who do.
- We never sell your details to marriage brokers or advertisers.
- We never show your contact details because someone paid for a plan.
- We never ask for your password, OTP, or a payment over chat.
Common questions
Are all profiles verified?
No — and any site that claims so is not being straight with you. Verification is a choice each member makes, and you can always see which checks a person has completed before you talk to them. The ✓ badge means identity is confirmed.
What happens when I report someone?
A person reviews it — not only a filter. If the report holds up, the member is removed, and the pattern behind it gets blocked across the whole platform rather than just your conversation. You are not told to "just block them".
Can my parents be involved without taking over?
Yes. A guardian can co-sign your profile and stay close to the search, while you keep control of what is shared and who you talk to. It is designed as two people, not one account.
Someone asked me for money. What now?
Do not send it, and report them. No genuine match needs money from a stranger — the medical emergency, the customs fee, the sudden bKash request are all the same script. Report and block, and we will look at every account that script touched.
