amarjibon sells digital memberships and coins. Nothing is shipped to you, so a "return" here means cancelling a purchase and sending your money back.
If you bought your membership or coins inside the iPhone or Android app, Apple and Google handle that refund under their own policies — we cannot process it for you. Apple: report a problem at reportaproblem.apple.com. Google: use the Play Store order history. If they turn you down and you think that is wrong, write to help@amarjibon.com and we will help where we can.
Once a refund is approved, the money goes back to the payment method you used within 7 to 10 working days. Bank cards usually settle first; bKash, Nagad and Rocket can take a little longer to show up. If it has been more than 10 working days, write to help@amarjibon.com with your transaction reference and we will chase it with the payment provider.
Open a Billing ticket from Help → Contact support in the app, or email help@amarjibon.com. Tell us which purchase you mean and roughly when you made it — that is enough for us to find it. You do not need to explain why.
If you do not recognise a charge, please talk to us before asking your bank to reverse it. We can almost always identify it faster than a bank dispute can, and a chargeback locks the account while it is investigated. Nothing here limits your rights under Bangladeshi consumer law.
This policy sits alongside our Terms of Service — see §5 for how subscriptions and pricing work.
