Yes. You can create a profile, browse other profiles, and send one interest (we call them Connects) per day for free — your daily limit resets every day. Paid plans send more each day (Silver 10, Gold 50, Diamond unlimited) and unlock who-viewed-me, priority matching, and concierge support.
Every profile is verified with a real Bangladesh NID — no fake accounts, no catfishing, no bots. We also accept a Guardian NID so your family can vouch for you. The app works in English and Bangla, and our team is based in Bangladesh.
No. We never sell your personal data and we do not run third-party ad networks inside the app. Your photos and contact details are only visible to other verified users you choose to interact with. See our Privacy Policy for the full breakdown.
You upload a photo of your NID (front, optional back, optional selfie holding the card). Our verification team checks it within 1–2 business days. Your NID image is kept private and reviewed only by our team while your account is active, is never shown to other members, and is permanently deleted when you delete your account.
Matrimony in Bangladesh is a family decision. A parent, sibling, uncle, aunt, or older relative verifies their own NID to vouch for you — an optional "Family vouched" trust step that adds an extra layer of confidence and aligns with how families actually choose. It is never required to publish your profile; it simply counts toward earning the gold-seal Fully Verified badge.
No. Your phone and email are never shown to other users. When you match with someone, you chat inside amarjibon. You decide if and when to share contact details outside the app.
You can hide your profile from discovery at any time in Settings → Privacy. Existing matches still see you; new people do not. You can also delete your account (30-day grace period before permanent deletion).
Yes. We have users across the UK, US, Canada, UAE, Saudi Arabia, Malaysia, Australia, and beyond. Pricing is geo-aware — you pay in your local currency, and matches respect your stated location preference.
Tap the report button on any profile or message, and flag it clearly as a safety issue so the right team picks it up fast. Our trust & safety team reviews every report, and serious violations result in immediate permanent bans. You can also block any user instantly — they will not see your profile or contact you again.
Refunds are reviewed case by case, in line with our policy and your local consumer rights — there is no self-serve refund button. To ask for one, open a Billing support ticket (or email help@amarjibon.com) with the payment date, amount and a quick note on what went wrong, and we will reply by email. Cancelling stops future renewals but does not by itself refund the current period.
Settings → Delete account. You can sign back in within 30 days to cancel deletion. After 30 days the account and all data is permanently removed — except for legal-hold records (financial transactions, abuse-report investigations).
Yes. The entire app — screens, emails, SMS — is available in Bangla and English. You can switch in Settings → Language at any time.
Yes. Invite friends with your referral code and, when they qualify for the active campaign, your reward is credited automatically — some campaigns give coins, others give bonus membership time. Check the Invite screen to see the current campaign, its goal, and its reward. Approved partners can also join as paid agents who earn a cash amount per qualifying referral, settled outside the app; email help@amarjibon.com to ask about partnering.
